User Authorization

 

Please use the ITSFM User Authorization form from the FDOT Central Office to grant access to users of the ITS Facility Management (ITSFM) system. The new user can then maintain the transportation management facilities managed within the District or authorized agency serving area(s). When completing the form, identify the authorizer and users contact information. Further, define the Serving Area(s) and User Role being authorized.

To receive a user account to the ITSFM, all applicants requesting ITSFM user accounts must meet the following conditions:

  • Pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) or the State Law Enforcement Radio System (SLERS) background check;
  • Complete ITSFM appropriate training for the user role you are requesting;
  • ITSFM User Access Authorization form:
    • Include new user contact information;
    • Indicates serving area(s) and user role assignment; and
    • Executed by the serving area manager (district or regional partners).

The Districts and Regional Partners must submit a fully executed ITSFM Authorization form to the Central Office's ITSFM manager responsible for user account set-up and activation into the production system.
