After all conflicts have been identified, the scope package is sent out. All details need to be included for scope. A copy of the pavement design, scope, typical data package and scope plans are placed on the electronic plans submittal website. A list of conflicts to be addressed is also provided to Utilities. Specs is also informed of any TSP's and MSP's needed for the project
