Commercial Vehicle Operations
The Commercial Vehicle Operations (CVO) program, a division of the Traffic Engineering and Operations (TEO) office, provides support for policies and procedures associated with commercial vehicles and the activities to regulate operations. The CVO program provides continuity between various FDOT plans, including the Florida Transportation Plan, the Freight Mobility and Trade Plan, the Motor Carrier System Plan, the Transportation Systems Management and Operations Strategic Plan, and Motor Carrier Size and Weight Business Plan.
