Welcome to the District Two 2026-2030
Tentative Five-Year Work Program

The Five-Year Work Program is our plan for transportation system improvements programmed during the next five years. The Five-Year Work Program includes planning activities, preliminary engineering, right of way acquisition, construction and public transportation projects within Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Madison, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, Suwannee, Taylor, and Union counties planned by FDOT and the Florida Turnpike Enterprise.

The Tentative Work Program includes projects scheduled for Fiscal Years 2026 through 2030 (projects programmed July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030). The Tentative Work Program is reviewed by the Florida Legislature and the Governor after the public comment period ends and adopted by the State Secretary of Transportation on July 1, 2025. The public comment period ended December 17, 2024.

FDOT District 2 held the 2024 In-Person and Virtual Public Hearing Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 6 p.m. at the Jacksonville Urban Office Training Facility and online through GoTo webinar with the official presentation at 6 p.m.

This meeting serves as the official public hearing for the Tentative Five-Year Work Program for FDOT District Two.
