Public engagement is a critical component of the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study process. We encourage you to be an active participant and engage through the entire study, and we welcome your feedback, questions, and comments. The PD&E Study offers the opportunity to the public to participate, engage, and provide their feedback throughout the transportation decision making process. The process is designed to ensure public input in the development of alternatives by actively encouraging and facilitating the participation of the general public, citizen groups, interest groups, elected and appointed officials, environmental resource agencies, and other stakeholders.
