About the Study

PROJECT PURPOSE

The primary purpose of widening Cove Road from two lanes to four lanes is to add capacity and improve the local transportation network. The purpose will also be to support economic and social demands, improve system linkage, create a better modal interrelationship and improve emergency evacuation.
