2025 Materials Performance Survey

Survey Period: February 10th to May 12th

The FDOT Materials Function is focused on the efficient delivery of the DOT’s Work Program. To ensure the function’s success, critical objectives were established. This survey is one of the measures used to judge achievement of our objectives. 

This is the only survey you will receive for the FDOT Materials Function for the year. It is designed for you to be able to be very specific as to the District/State Materials Office material area that you interacted with over the last year.  Each survey includes only six (6) questions that are directly related to the established business objectives.

• District Two Materials (Lake City)
• District Three Materials (Chipley)
• District Four and Six Materials (Davie)
• District Five Materials (DeLand)
