Functions held at the FDOT State Materials Office in Gainesville, FL must have prior approval from the Director, Office of Materials. Official state functions will take precedence; therefore, the prior approval of a scheduled activity may result in a temporary relocation or disruption. All approved functions held on state property are subject to cancellation. Requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and must be scheduled between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
