Highway Lighting Inventory and Outage Survey


Overview

Highway Lighting Inventory and Outage Survey (HWLO) consists of the collection of Highway Lighting Inventory types and associated features as well as the collection of ‘outage’ survey information data for an asset. Field collection for inventory and outage data begins October 1, 2020. The collection of inventory and outage survey data using the HWLO e-Maintenance Feature is optional, but if a district chooses to collect the data, then the statewide smart forms must be used.

June 1, 2020 – Hard Implementation (SYSTEM Test)

July 1 – August 30 – District Data Merges (SYSTEM Test)

October 1, 2020 – PRODUCTION IMPLEMENTATION
