FDOT District 3's Scheduling Guide provides an understanding of the Program Services scheduling process. Our goal is to align with the Department's mission statement and Work Program Instructions to ensure all project schedules are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Project Schedule Templates
Oracle Primavera project scheduling software is used statewide by FDOT for planning, managing and updating projects within the Five-Year Work Program. Acceptable Initial and Revised Contract Baseline project schedule submittals may be generated from other project scheduling software applications but must be provided in .PDF, WORD or EXCEL format.

ProjectSuite Enterprise Edition
ProjectSuite Enterprise Edition (PSEE) - FDOT application used to query project information and submit monthly schedule updates. PSEE requires a valid FDOT user id and password. Please contact the project’s FDOT Project Manager for assistance.
