It is the FDOT Districts’ responsibility to populate the database with the information necessary to document field asset attributes and the configuration of the local communication network. This includes:

  • Data collection and field inventory including
    • Accurate construction as-built plans
    • Approved material submittal package
    • Splice and termination schematics and diagrams
    • Completed ITSFM data collection field inventory forms
  • Initial encoding and population of the database
  • Data validation
  • Maintenance of the asset and configuration information stored in the ITSFM as the transportation management system evolves
  • Annual review of District’s authorized users
  • Assure system users pass required Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) background checks prior to allowing system access

Addenda & Amendments

Contractors will be notified of all Amendments and are required to download the Amendments from the  CPP Online Ordering System per these instructions: Amendment Instructions (PDF)

Amendment files can be downloaded by clicking on the links.  Amendments must be downloaded to the location of your original EBS file prior to preparing the bid.
