- MUTCD 11th Edition Updates - In coordination with the Traffic Engineering and Operations lead MUTCD Adoption Task Team, multiple Standard Plans Indexes were updated to comply with the MUTCD 11th edition
- Index 521-005 (Concrete Barriers at Toll Sites) and Index 635-005 (Fiber Optic Splice Vault) - are new Standard Plans Indexes that were previously released and available as a Developmental Standard Plans
- Index 715-003 (Utility Conflict Pole) - added a new standardized spread footing foundation option for the Utility Conflict Poles to fit street lighting in urban conditions with space constraints
