FDOT Employee or Staff Augmentation Access Account Request Instructions
To be requested for a future FDOT employee or Staff Augmentation seeking access.
Each user with access to Departmental resources agrees that they have been authorized as an individual and that all access must be used exclusively by that individual.

The following steps must be completed to receive a computer user ID and gain access to FDOT computer systems and\or IT Resources.
1. Contact your future Supervisor or the Security Coordinators for the District for which you’ll be working. They can assist you with this process.
2. Review the Policies and Statutes dealing
with computer resources.
3. Take the FDOT Computer Security CBT and Save your certificate
4. Complete the FDOT Acceptable Use Agreement form
using digital signatures.

for completing and signing the FDOT Acceptable Use Agreement form. Completion and signature of the Acceptable Use Agreement Form indicates that you have read, understand and will abide by all Policies and Statutes and that you have completed the Computer Security CBT (Computer Based Training).
5. Scan and email the CBT Certificate and AUA form to your future Supervisor who will coordinate the submission of your request in AARF.
