Our Mission:
Improve the operational and safety performance of our highways by continuously monitoring and improving highway design practices.
We accomplish this by reviewing Design Exceptions and conducting Quality Assurance Reviews (QAR's) and providing technical support
and training to our customers. We also manage the State Value Engineering program.
