Pop Up for Safety on Fowler Avenue–Walk Bike Drive TIME: 8:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. | Speakers at Fowler Ave., Busch Blvd., and Hillsborough Ave. are focus corridors for a speed reduction campaign for drivers and on-the-street education for bicyclists and pedestrians. Stop by for coffee and light refreshments, free bike tune-ups, bicycle helmets, bike lights, and other pedestrian safety items. Hear about the efforts of the Tampa Police Department, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to make these corridors safe.
