Previous Plans

As discussed on the Background page, the Freight Mobility & Trade Plan (FMTP) was developed in several phases to meet both state and federal requirements. Collectively, the Policy Element (2013), Investment Element (2014), and FAST Act Addendums (2018 & 2019) made up the previously approved FMTP.
