The following system issues have been reported and affect internal and external customers including CEIs and contractors. The Department is actively working on resolutions. Please don’t repeatedly report these issues, but report new issues to co-sco-systemsection@dot.state.fl.us.

General data view and data API issues due to the PrC migration affecting:
CPPR
- (A CIM single upload interface has been added as a workaround to this issue.) CIM Contract Interface
PrC
- Storing of Federal and Non-federal participation is causing issue with how line-item adjustments are reporting

All (FDOT internal/External staff, conusltants, CEI's) are affected by these outages.

FDOT Districts
FDOT Districts
It is the FDOT Districts’ responsibility to populate the database with the information necessary to document field asset attributes and the configuration of the local communication network. This includes:
- Data collection and field inventory including
- Accurate construction as-built plans
- Approved material submittal package
- Splice and termination schematics and diagrams
- Completed ITSFM data collection field inventory forms
- Initial encoding and population of the database
- Data validation
- Maintenance of the asset and configuration information stored in the ITSFM as the transportation management system evolves
- Annual review of District’s authorized users
- Assure system users pass required Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) background checks prior to allowing system access
